I have to go to BWM for pre-admitting test tomorrow, and I am reading fat information packets that were mailed to me. I have postponed reading them till now, and I am feeling that I should have read them before, the same feeling I had when I was a student.

The more I read, the more memories from the J-tube insertion surgery come back. This surgery is much bigger than the previous one, and I wish that I did not need to go through it (I hate pain!), even though I know very well there is no escape from it.

I have been feeling great these days, eating more and walking about 3 miles a day. I could walk and talk over the cell phone today, which means that my heart got stronger.

I am uploading my crew-cut picture. I am glad that I could gain more than 5 pounds during the last 10 days.
