This is Hayden transcribing for my mother:

On Saturday night I had a bad reaction to antibiotics and had to go the ER where I spent the night. Fortunately, there were no serious problems, but I consequently had to stop taking this particular antibiotic.

On Monday Mark went to the hospital for kidney stone removal surgery; the surgery was done via endoscopy, not laser surgery. Even though he was dizzy due to painkillers today, he seems to have recovered for the most part, having done the laundry and played the guitar, as well as some cooking. We are all glad that he recovered so quickly.

I went to the oncologist again today. The doctor is trying to figure out what is causing my fever, and took about 100ccs of blood from my portachath, due to concern about an infection. Luckily, however, my fever has dropped from the 100s to the around 99, and is thus less worrying.

Our family is very appreciative of our friends for driving both myself and Mark, as well as providing meals 2x/week. Without their help, we would not have been able to get through this summer.
