Weather: Cloudy
Lunch: Bento in the train
Dineer: Bento

No matter how long it may take, I love riding the smooth bullet train. The ride is so smooth that I even tried water coloring in the train this time.

A big misunderstanding occurred between my parents and us. When we arrived at my parents’ house by taxi, nobody was there, and all the doors were locked.

We later learned that my parents went to the station to meet us. We, on the other hand, took a side exit that leads to the grocery store within the station building. We thought that we would buy groceries and dinner so that they do not need to do anything special for us. Besides, they have never come to meet me at the airport or station for the past 15 years. My parents must have felt it very special this year; their daughter had recovered from cancer! I felt so sorry that my parents, who are 77 and 74, waited at the station exit for over an hour to no avail.
